11:59 Dropping In 2010Posted October 17, 2009 by KimI’ve posted a couple of times about the release date of Ryan’s album being pushed back, with most of the information coming from Amazon. Yesterday, he tweeted to a fan that his album will actually not be released until the new year: ![]() So there you have it. As much as I DO want to hear the new album, I think Atlantic is waiting for a single to pick up on radio, which is a smart way of doing things. Another Album DelayPosted September 3, 2009 by KimNot the kind of news I want to be reporting, but it looks like Ryan’s album has been pushed back once again, from October to December 29th, according to Amazon.com. Right after Christmas seems like a weird time for an album to be released but of course getting it before the end of the year would be awesome! Album Delayed…AgainPosted June 24, 2009 by KimThanks to Shane for pointing this out to me. I just changed the album release date from late June to July a couple of weeks ago, and it looks like I’m changing it again; Amazon.com now has 11:59 slated for a September 15th release. I’m really wondering why, since it sounded like the album was done a while ago. Perhaps they’re waiting for the single to take off even more? In the meantime, don’t forget to get the Last Train Home EP from either Amazon or iTunes to hold you over. Last Train Home 4 Track EP Drops June 16thPosted June 12, 2009 by Kim
Great news! Even though Ryan’s CD has been pushed back to July 28th, we’re getting a preview of the album next week. He announced yesterday on his blog and twitter that the “Last Train home” EP will be released on June 16th. The EP will have four tracks and anyone who buys it will get the entire album at a cheaper price once it’s released. Here’s an excerpt about it from RStar.net:
So, we know Right Now and Last Train Home are a part of the tracklisting, which means there are two mystery tracks. I’m thinking it will be “This Will Be the Year” and “Brand New Day”. Mark Your Calendars – June 2ndPosted February 8, 2009 by KimThe folks over at RockBandLounge.com discovered this page And we can preorder it too. Ask Ryan Star about his new album!Posted November 11, 2008 by LeighHead over to rstar.net and you can ask Ryan about his new album where he will post a video and answer as many as he can. New Album Title: 11:59?Posted March 26, 2008 by KimNot that they’re very credible, but I found this entry on Wikipedia saying Ryan’s new album will be titled 11:59, and it’s due to be released this Spring. I hope all of this is true! That would make a great title and the sooner the album drops, the better! New Blog With a RyanStarFans.com Mention!Posted September 29, 2007 by LeighAnd here it is:
Swweeeeeeetttt. Go checkout the interview. “Last Train Home” On Movie Soundtrack?Posted September 5, 2007 by KimThanks to the always fabulous Liza for showing me this:
It’s from the site Netterk Management if you want to see it for yourself. It shows all the projects the particular mixer is working on at the moment, which includes 13 tracks from Ryan’s up coming album. And I’m thinking they meant “Last Train Home”? Which will apparently be on a movie soundtrack! Awesome. Can’t wait to know what movie. And like my friend Liza was telling me, his songs are PERFECT for movies and even TV. Grey’s Anatomy needs to help a brother out. Album PromoPosted August 18, 2007 by KimLast Train Home sounds fantastic, doesn’t it? The album needs to drop like, now! Thanks Leigh! |
