First So You Think You Can Dance?, now American Idol is jumping on the “Breathe” train. Keep an eye out for the new commercials featuring the top 12, and of course, Ryan’s song. That or you could just watch it below:
Ladies and gentleman, Ryan Star has his first official top 40 hit!
This came out of absolutely nowhere for me, and probably a lot of other people who haven’t heard the song on the radio yet. My station has the song and gives it overnight spins, but nothing during prime time yet. I guess this is a good sign of things to come!
Those of you on the West Coast can still keep a heads up for this! Ryan’s song “Breathe” is featured as one of the goodbye songs on tonights So You Think You Can Dance? finale (one of my favorite shows!). This is BIG! I’ll post more details after it airs here, and hopefully video soon.
ETA: Breathe was played as a part of Ellenore’s elimination on last nights show. Working on getting video!
Wow, talk about the worst time to not have any sound on my computer! Studio 1290 just put up two performance videos of Ryan. The first is him performing “Another Day In Paradise” and the second is his single “Breathe”. I’m excited to hear both; I remember him covering the Phil Collins song at a show about a year ago or so and I absolutely loved it. Enjoy:
Great news via Atlantic Records official website — Ryan will be opening for Rob Thomas for two dates coming next month (see below). I’m really hoping this gets extended to more dates; definitely great placements

Also Ashton Kutcher just tweeted about Ryan and Breathe4Jobs.com. That will definitely bring a lot of attention to the video and the cause considering he has the most followers on twitter (or did the last time I checked). Awesome!
